    Amazing. Lovely personable more than a qualified Esthetician. My foot soak was so refreshing- The massage was so professional, one hand never leaving my body while lotion etc were applied and as I requested  so deep! Warm towel cleansing and then the facial-to die for. Only had one before in my life and I will definitely go back again as well as all this lovely vanessa does!!! Maybe ill will have to pack you  in my suit case to Manitoba. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon, See you again soon.

      I have been going to see Vanessa for 9 years, now I am following her to Ladysmith. She has a gift of knowing what exactly is needed at the right time. She make me and my body feel special and her treatments last long after the actual session. They are therapeutic as well as aesthetic.       At first I was concerned that Vanessa would lose her Duncan clientele as a result of her moving to Ladysmith.  However, I was pleasantly surprised as I saw all her customers continue to use her services even though they now have to travel the considerable distance.

Now that I have had the opportunity to observe the professional way that she treats each and every customer she sees and the way she does everything possible to make their visit a special moment in their day, I fully understand how  she has earned their loyalty.

There is no doubt she is very gifted with a "healing touch". I don't know what she has or does different from other Estheticians, but I do see the smiles and a warm relaxed glow from her customers after they are finished  their treatments. It doesn't seem to matter if they had a full hot stone body massage or a pedicure or facial.

I welcome the opportunity to recommend her services to everyone I know because I know without a doubt they will have a pleasant experience and thank me.

I truly believe Vanessa is a talented caring woman that takes immense pride to making her clients feel pampered.
